Customers are responsible for inspecting the dress upon delivery and stating any damages or issues beforehand. Inability to do so can make them answerable to any unstated damages.

*Please note if your rental date starts on a Sunday or holiday your rental will be shipped out on the following business day. The same for if your rental date ends on a Sunday or holiday, it should be dropped off at your nearest post office on the following business day by 4pm. Please keep this in mind when selecting rental dates.

Refund Policy

A full refund of the security deposit will be issued if the rented item(s) is returned in the same condition it was received, with no major signs of wear, damage, or stains beyond normal wear and tear. In case of any major damages all or a portion of the rental security will be deducted.

*Late re A full refund of the security deposit will be issued if the rented item(s) is returned in the same condition it was received, with no major signs of wear, damage, or stains beyond normal wear and tear. In case of any major damages all or a portion of the rental security will be deducted.

*Late returns will incur a $25 per day fee.
