2. Rental Process

- By Creating An Account, Users Agree To Provide Accurate, Current, And Complete Information.

- Users Must Be At Least 18 Years Old To Create An Account And Rent Items.

- Users Can Browse Our Collection, Select Items For Rental, And Proceed To Checkout.

- Rental Fees, Security Deposits, And Shipping Costs Will Be Clearly Stated During The Checkout Process.

- By Placing An Order, Users Agree To Pay All Applicable Fees.

3. Rental Fees

- Rental Fees Are Based On The Item Selected And The Duration Of The Rental Period.

- Rental Fees Are Non-Refundable Once The Rental Period Begins.

- Users Are Responsible For Returning Items In The Same Condition As Received, Normal Wear And Tear Excepted.

4. Security Deposit

- Luxe Wardrobe Rentals Reserves The Right To Withhold All Or A Portion Of The Security Deposit If The Item Is Damaged, Lost, Or Not Returned On Time.

5. Shipping

- Luxe Wardrobe Rentals Will Ship Items To The User's Provided Address.

- Users Are Responsible For Providing Accurate Shipping Information.

- Users Are Responsible For The Cost Of Shipping Both Ways.

- Shipping Times May Vary Depending On Location And Availability Of The Item.

6. Rental Period

- The Rental Period Begins On The Date The Item Is Delivered To The User.

- The Rental Period Ends On The Date The Item Is Received Back By Luxe Wardrobe Rentals.

- Late Returns May Incur Additional Fees, As Outlined In Our Pricing Policy.

7. Returns/ Exchanges

- We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our business, all rentals are final sale.

- Exchanges can be made under the following conditions

- Size Exchange: If the item does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for another size, subject to availability.

- Style Exchange: Should you wish to exchange the rental item for a different style, please contact our customer service team to discuss options.

Please note the following guidelines for exchanges:

- Exchanges must be requested within 1 day of receiving your rental item.

- The exchanged item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached if applicable. 

- Additional rental fees may apply if the new item selected has a higher rental value.

8. Cancellations 

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

9. Damage And Loss

- Users Are Responsible For Any Damage To Or Loss Of Rented Items During The Rental Period.

- Users Agree To Notify Luxe Wardrobe Rentals Immediately Of Any Damage Or Loss.

- Users May Be Charged For Repair Or Replacement Costs For Damaged Or Lost Items.

10. Liability

- Luxe Wardrobe Rentals Is Not Liable For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Special, Or Consequential Damages Arising From The Use Of Our Services Or Rented Items.

- Users Agree To Indemnify And Hold Luxe Wardrobe Rentals Harmless From Any Claims, Losses, Or Damages Incurred As A Result Of Their Use Of Our Services.
